RMA numbers are valid for 14 days only. If product is not received by us within 14 days, the RMA number is voided and another must be requested.
RMA number should be clearly marked on outside of box and a copy of confirmation returned with the package.
RMA's for credit are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges unless part is defective. In that case full purchase price will be credited.
RMA's for warranty will be accepted 90 days from purchase date (unless extended warranty is purchased). Warranty will be void if warranty seal is broken or drive has been altered.
The warranty on repaired drives applies only to the repair that was previously made. If drive is returned for a different problem, you will be contacted to obtain a purchase order for the additional repair plus applicable shipping charges.
Returns should be well packaged using foam or like materials.
